God’s Favor over His Messenger Muhammad (PBUH) in the Holy Qur’an An Objective Study
Abstract
The study deals with the verses that deal with the favor of God over His messenger Muhammad, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, and aims to highlight those blessings, identify God’s favor upon His messenger, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, clarify the linguistic and idiomatic meaning of His favor, and explain God’s favor on His messenger, may God bless him and grant him peace, in this world and the hereafter.
The research was carried out according to the objective interpretation approach, and the researcher reached important results, the most important of which are:
- Favor in general meaning is: charity without a reason, or a gift that does not oblige the one given.
- God's favor over His messenger Muhammad, may God bless him and grant him peace, in this world was in two periods: before the "dispatch" and after the "dispatch".
- God's favor over His messenger, may God bless him and grant him peace, in the hereafter is as follows:
- Giving him, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, the praised station.
- Giving him, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, Al-Kawthar.
- His attainment, peace and blessings of God be upon him, of the highest rank in Paradise.
