Abstract

The research deals with the hadith of Muharram, whose story is his she-camel, who died by research and study from the hadith and jurisprudential terms, through the text of the hadith and its graduation, jurisprudential issues contained in it, and general issues.

The analytical inductive method was followed.

Through the research, several results were reached, the most important of which are:

  • That many hadiths need to be elaborated abundantly in their explanation due to the rulings and rulings contained in their words.
  • This hadith has close wording, and its context is on Saeed bin Jubayr, and it is narrated from him by twelve narrators, eight of whom do not have an addition in their narrations: “Do not cover his face.”
  • Some scholars are of the opinion that the addition of “Do not cover his face” is proven, and it is part of increasing confidence.
  • None of the narrations of this hadith mentions the name of the Muharram, whose she-camel was narrated, and he died.
  • The mask that is placed on the face is not of the type of stitched material that he forbade, and the one who is forbidden is not prohibited from covering his face according to the more correct opinion.
  • Ihram is not invalidated by death.
