The leadership style of team games coaches and its relationship to the assertive and aggressive behavior of their players

Abstract

The training leadership and its technical staff, with its different standards and methods, are negatively or positively affected in the training process. Therefore, it is necessary to reveal the prevailing leadership styles among coaches of sports clubs and the various leaders related to sports clubs in (Hudaydah Governorate Center) in the Republic of Yemen to pave the way for specialists to evaluate these methods and determine the degree of Its relevance to the directives of individuals and teams and the performance of players at different levels of physical, skill and planning.

This research aims to identify and know:

1- Determining the levels of leadership style and its dimensions for coaches (football - basketball - handball) in clubs (the center of Hodeidah governorate).

2- The assertive and aggressive behavior of (football - basketball - handball) players in clubs (the center of Hodeidah governorate).

3- The relationship of the leadership style and its dimensions to assertive behavior and the dimensions of aggression for players (football - basketball - handball) in clubs (the center of Hodeidah governorate).
