The aim of the research is to define the concept of brotherhood, and brotherhood by lineage in the Holy Qur’an
Clarifying the implications of lineage brotherhood in the Holy Qur’an, and clarifying the etiquette and requirements of lineage brotherhood,
And the statement of the fruits of brotherhood lineage.
The research dealt with an explanation of the concept of brotherhood, its meanings, the concept and connotations of lineage brotherhood, the behavior of lineage brothers, and the etiquette of lineage brotherhood and its fruits.
The research reached important results, the most important of which are:
1- General fraternity is: a state of closeness and harmony, which is manifested through harmony, love and respect, and is based on universal foundations and pillars that link the two brothers. The concept of brotherhood in religion was taken from it, and they said that it is: a bond based on similarity in belief, thinking, action and behavior. Comparing her to the two brothers in many characteristics, especially if they are brothers.
2 Brotherhood is based on proportionality and moral compatibility, sensory closeness, or similarity and similarity in qualities, and each of these foundations has reasons that are intrinsic to people or external to them.
3 The types of brotherhood mentioned in the Qur’an have a kind of overlap, general and specific. They can be differentiated by knowing the characteristics and manifestations of each type.
4- The brotherhood of lineage is: the strong bond that occurs due to the common kinship in the parents or one of them, between two or more brothers, males and females.
5 Lineage may be called direct kinship, such as brothers from the parents or one of them, and it may be called distant kinship, such as brothers from the tribe.
