The study was carried out with the aim of knowing the general behavior of the crow Corvus splenden in the city of Al-Hodeidah / Yemen and its environmental effects. The study found that crows live in symbiotic societies, and large gatherings on trees and on the roofs of abandoned tall buildings, as a kind of protection and safety behavior. It was also noted that the crows chose the roosts close to areas that provide food and water, lit at night, and a warm shelter. It was noted that the differences were significant within each sector, and that their presence in the western areas of the city is greater because they represent the coastal strip of the city of Hodeidah, which includes the fishing port and the old lanes. Socially organized and disciplined, crows abide by and obey him, and the offender exposes himself to penalties imposed on him by a special court held in places far from the population, and the male crow chooses one female and lives with her the whole life lovingly and protects her from enemies, and takes care of the marital nest by collecting things related Bright, beautiful and attractive colors to put in the nest, or it may be part of the behavior of wooing his partner as a ritual of affection and flirting, and the parents protect their young and take care of them and provide them with the food necessary for their livelihood. Collecting waste in the alleys and alleys of the city. The crow does not feed on live animals, including rats or other live birds. Expose a biologist to rats, for example. It was also observed that crows pollute the environment in several ways, such as noise pollution, organic pollution, exhuming and scattering of waste, transmitting epidemics and various diseases, as well as stealing everything that falls to his eyes of shiny things, in addition to its effects on the facades of balconies, homes and car roofs with his excrement with acidic qualities that lead to damage metals with continued exposure. Since the crow does not affect the ecological balance in the city of Hodeidah because it has recently entered it, it is not considered a biological control for mice (rats) that are widespread in the city, and is of no use to the farmer because there are no farms in the city. The study recommended the necessity of limiting its numbers by one of the possible means because it is one of the necessities of the stage, and it also made some important recommendations that should be taken as much as possible
