Mutawatir at the Branch, Singular at the Origin According to Hadith Scholars and Hanafis

Abstract

The introduction of the research shed light on the topic expressed by its title, and identified the aspects of its importance as well as the reasons for choosing it, the most prominent of which was the need for scientific research and the Islamic library for a scientific research that deals with the Hadith that is "Mutawatir" (frequent) at the branch and singular at the origin according to Hadith scholars and Hanafis, which is known as the famous. This is because of the rarity of dealing with this topic, despite its importance and fame. After the research problem took shape, one of its most important features was the need to clarify the concept of the topic, its sections, examples and proofs. The aim of the research was to answer the questions circulating around the most important issues related to the Hadith that is "Mutawatir" (frequent) at the branch and singular at the origin. Then, the introduction of the research revealed its methodology, which was based on mixing more than one research approach to take advantage of its capacities in tackling the research topic and its branches. The plan was outlined in three chapters intended to clarify the concept according to Hadith scholars and Hanafis, its sections according to Hadith scholars, its examples according to Hadith scholars and Hanafis, and its proofs according to each of them. Consistent with its plan, the research journey yielded several results, among the most significant of which was that despite the differences and the variances between Hadith scholars and the Hanafis, they agreed not to blaspheme its denier. In addition, some recommendations were presented, the most important of which was for the institutes of science to direct their students to consider the reality of the nation to choose the appropriate research topics that correct visions, perceptions and concepts.
