Brotherly Integration in the Story of Mosa and Haron (peace be upon them) (A Contemporary Practical Study)

Abstract

The study addresses the concept of brotherly integration through the lofty Qur'anic model of the relationship between Mosa and Haron, peace be upon them, as a faith-based and ethical paradigm that embodies cooperation, integration, and the distribution of roles in pursuit of da'wah objectives and prophetic goals. The study adopts a foundational Ta'sil approach based on Qur'anic texts, the Prophetic Sunnah, and the statements of the righteous predecessors of the Ummah, from which it derives moral values across various spheres of life – most notably the religious, political, and social domains – and then applies them to the contemporary context to demonstrate the impact of brotherly integration on the individual, the family, society, da'wah, and governmental institutions.

The study concludes that integration among colleagues in collective work achieves unity of purpose, enhances mutual trust, and grants official and unofficial field teams a balance between scientific, rhetorical, and practical strength. It also shows that the relationship between Mosa and Haron, peace be upon them, was founded on deep mutual understanding, the distribution of tasks, and reciprocal compassion, making them an enduring model for every brotherly partnership whose aim is success in this worldly life and the afterlife. The study concludes with a number of findings and recommendations that call for the consolidation of a culture of brotherly integration and cooperation in various fields of life.
