Diminishing Partnership: a Jurisprudent Study
Abstract
The research depicts the chronology of diminishing partnership (Musharakah – according to Islamic finance law)، its importance، and the sectors benefiting from such kind of partnership. It identifies also the meaning of diminishing partnership and its relation with funding through sharing. In one part، this research explains the practical steps followed to apply such partnership، its figures، and its doctrinal adaptation too. Also، in another part، it deals with the structuring of diminishing partnership and its Jurisprudent ruling. In the conclusion، this research study comes out with notable results and specific recommendations.
