Abstract

The study deals with expropriation cases for the public interest، in terms of the owner's rights and types of claims، how to file the lawsuit، the presentation of legal and legal documents in the litigation board، indicating the reasons and justifications of the procedures of the administration، Work in the administrative judiciary in each claim. And limited research in two topics: the first section in / suits for appreciation، and the second in / post-expropriation proceedings. With some examples of application، and a statement of judicial principles.
