The Role of Transformational Leadership in Managing Educational Crises: An Analytical Study on Educational Institutions in Light of Contemporary Challenges

Abstract

The study aimed to analyze the role of transformational leadership in managing educational crises and explore the extent to which this leadership style contributes to enhancing educational institutions' ability to deal with emerging challenges. The study adopted a descriptive، analytical، and documentary approach، collecting and analyzing information from scientific literature and previous studies related to the topic.

The study results demonstrated that transformational leadership represents an effective approach to dealing with educational crises effectively and efficiently، and that utilizing its dimensions contributes to building a flexible organizational culture that supports innovation and rapid response to emergency events. The study also highlighted the importance of developing educational leaders' capacities to practice this leadership style to ensure operational continuity and quality educational outcomes.

In light of the findings، the study's most important recommendations were to develop specialized training programs to develop transformational leadership skills among educational leaders and to integrate these skills into professional development policies.
